Hart School

The Hart School was located just off Rt 19 near the intersection with Lone Pine Rd and the building was torn down when interstate 79 came through.  The Hart School was said to be closed in 1922 but the children were transported to the Reeses School as early as 1921.  The township used this building as a voting precinct and this photo shows is as Grays Barber Shop.  We have not located any photos when it was operating as a school.
