The first Horn School was located on the left side of Baker Station Rd at the intersection of Route 19 on the Ed Horn Farm. It was closed in 1898.

The second Horn School was located on the right side near where the Mitchell family currently lives. The 2nd building was dedicated December 23, 1898 and was erected by Gardner & Bumgarner, contractors, at a cost of $1,553 on 1.5 acres leased from D.H. Lewis.

This building closed in January 1952 when the children moved to the new Amity School.
